Yes, this is me, at the last minute, writing up the first article in that food newsletter that I have been threatening you all with for a couple of months. Since no one is hiring me as a food writer, and I guess technically I’m not qualified, I figured I would write this, see if anyone is interested in my hot tips, takes, and various rants about food, and see where it goes. At the very least, I can get the word out about some good food and awesome creators who are out there working hard and sweating their asses off and digging pits and constructing things.
